Full job description

Job Overview

We are seeking an experience property manager to join our well-established Lettings Team. The property manager would be responsible for overseeing and maintaining our managed properties on behalf of the landlords and would need to be confident, proactive and focused on providing exceptional customer service and professionalism.

Duties to typically include but not limited to:

· Coordinating maintenance repairs and inspections

· Managing tenants and landlords’ relationships

· Overseeing contractors with organising quotes and necessary works and invoices

· Managing all the compliance certificate to ensure all certificates remain in date.

· Manage and control with the Lettings Manager, rent arrears with clear communication to the landlords/tenants

· Marketing vacant properties and screening of prospective tenants.

· Have and continually update legal knowledge and understanding of relevant Landlord and Tenant Act and legal notices

· Manage the end of tenancy process including deposit dilapidations

· Manage rent reviews

· Assist the Lettings Manager and other team members as and when required.

Skills and Attributes of the Property Manager

You should have:

Minimum 2 year experience in property management.
Excellent verbal communication skills to communicate with a diverse client group and internal staff.
Written communication and numerical skills to produce succinct correspondence and reports.
Excellent IT skills including Word, Excel skills
A commitment to providing customer service.
To carry out any other reasonable tasks as may be directed by senior management to meet the needs of the business
Driving License
Confident in dealing with problematic situations
Ability to prioritise tasks and efficiency
Highly organised

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
