Contract Administrator - Maternity Cover

(Fixed Term 12 Months) Mon-Fri 40 hours

Swindon (hybrid)

What You'll Be Doing:

Coordinate and monitor Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), Statutory, Mandatory and Routine maintenance activities, ensuring all work orders are completed, closed and compliant with KPI requirements.
Maintain and update CAFM systems (Maximo), ensuring all maintenance records, compliance documentation, remedial actions and work orders are accurately uploaded and easily accessible.
Liaise with clients, site teams, engineers, subcontractors and helpdesk functions to schedule works, resolve queries and ensure smooth day-to-day contract delivery.
Manage compliance administration across the estate, including site access requests, permits, contractor documentation, Heresafe requirements, PTS records and random drug testing programmes.
Produce operational reports and performance data, track work-in-progress (WIP), support weekly contract statistics and provide administrative cover for contract support and regional coordinator functions when required.

What You'll Need

administrator experience
Keen out for detail.
We need someone with solid IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CAFM systems.
