Cold End Operator
Days - Resort
Irvine Plant
Role description

Rework of containers checking for defects.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for the rework of critical defects.
Carrying out back checks of quality issues
Cover long term absence on crew
Support shifts with calibration checks
Support for the job change.

Required skills / qualifications:
Educated to National 5 Level – Grade C or above in Maths, Science and English.
Enthusiasm, commitment, personal drive, and customer focus.
A good understanding of Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Tools and continuous improvement.
Computer literate with good oral and written communication skills.
Committed to Total Quality Standards.
Awareness of relevant Health & Safety and Hygiene Regulations.

What we offer:
Salary minimum £31,942 - £38,475 Maximum
Salary sacrifice pension scheme with up to 10% matched contributions
Working days, 45 hours per week, which includes 26.5 days holiday + 8 statutory holidays
