URGENT: Roofing Labourers Needed – Immediate Start

About Us

M&J Group, established in 1972, is a leading UK specialist construction company. Due to continued growth, we are urgently expanding our pitched roofing teams and are looking for reliable Roofing Labourers to join projects across the UK.

This is an excellent opportunity to start a hands-on career in construction — no experience required, full training provided.

Role Overview

As a Roofing Labourer, you will support skilled roofers on active sites and play a key role in delivering high-quality pitched roofing projects.

Key Responsibilities

Assisting roofers on pitched roofing installations
Handling materials and preparing sites
Carrying out general labouring duties
Working safely at heights and following all health & safety guidelines
Travelling to sites across the UK (accommodation provided when required)
Supporting a productive and professional team environment

What We Offer

Starting day rate from £90 (increasing with experience)
Weekly pay (one week in arrears)
Self-employed role with consistent, long-term work
Full on-the-job training – no experience needed
All PPE provided

Requirements

Full UK Driving Licence (ESSENTIAL)
Confidence working at heights
Flexibility to travel and stay away during the week
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
