We are currently looking for an engaging and highly motivated Transaction Manager to join our team.

What you’ll do

The Transaction Manager will be leading a team of high motivated sales professionals in a new Used Car business. You will undoubtedly be an experienced finance manager with a passion for building excellent customer satisfaction whilst driving forward profitable business expansion. As a customer-focused manager, you will inspire your team to sell finance and finance products while provide the best possible service for the customer and ensuring the Company profit targets are achieved. You will be able to enhance the current team by providing support, coaching and motivation to them. This is an exciting opportunity as the plans are for this new site to expand in the future from a dedicated Used Car Centre into a fully franchised offering.

Who you are

As a person, you are curious, creative, and enthusiastic. You can demonstrate a strong financial sales background in Automotive and have a customer-centric mindset, strong communication skills, and an empathetic instinct which allows you to understand the needs of people around you. You are full of energy, self-motivated and make things happen while ensuring the correct levels of compliance and process adherence.

As a leader, you are supportive of your team and are happy to provide a high level of support for team members to drive change and development. You provide guidance and communicate clearly to maintain a trusting environment and bring out the best in the team.

Your experience

To be successful in this role you will have a great eagerness to learn and passion for the Geely brand. For this role you must have the following: -

More than 1 year's experience as a Transaction Manager in the automotive industry
Specific Used car experience in purchasing, valuing, finance and retailing
A sound knowledge and understanding of FCA standards, consumer legislation and trade practices.
Financially astute with a proven track record of achieving results.
Excellent communication skills at all levels combined with an eye for detail and a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
