Make a Difference in Your Local Community

Carers Sitter Service is seeking an organised, compassionate, and proactive Administrator / Co-ordinator to join our team. Experience in adult care or the care sector and/or charity work would be an advantage but not essential. This is a rewarding opportunity to support carers and the people they care for, helping us continue to deliver an essential local service.

Hours

8 hours per week initially
Working Wednesdays and Thursday (9.30am – 1.30pm)
With the potential for additional hours in the future

Rate of Pay

National Minimum Wage initially

Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will work alongside the current administrator and co-ordinator to:

Co-ordinate the delivery of our sitting service for carers and their dependants
Help manage and support our volunteers
Respond to enquiries from service users, families, and professionals
Promote the service within the local community
Carry out general office and administrative duties
Maintain organisational records, policies, and procedures

Areas Covered

The role will involve supporting visits across:

Bourne, Stamford, The Deepings and villages

Essential Requirements

Full UK driving licence and access to transport
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload
Good administration and IT skills
A caring, professional, and reliable approach

Pay: From £12.71 per hour
