About The Role

Residential Care Assistant –Meadowyrthe, Tamworth

Nexxus Care is looking for compassionate, motivated people to join our friendly team at Meadowyrthe, a 41- bedded dementia based residential home.

Whether you're starting your career in care or looking for a new challenge, this is your opportunity to make a real difference every day. No experience? No problem. We provide full training and ongoing support so you feel confident and valued in your role.

We have part time contracts available (21hours), shifts: 7am–2:30pm / 2:30pm–10pm, including alternate weekends.

About You

What you’ll be doing -

As a Care Assistant, you’ll provide person-centred care with kindness and respect, making a real difference to the lives of our residents. Duties may include:

Assisting with washing, bathing, dressing and personal care, while always promoting independence and dignity.
Supporting residents at mealtimes, making sure dietary needs are met and recorded.
Following individual care plans, respecting personal choices, and keeping clear documentation.
Joining in and encouraging residents during activities, creating moments of joy and connection.
