Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Carpet Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality carpet cleaning services to our clients, ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service and attention to detail. This role requires a strong commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards while effectively communicating with customers.

Duties

Perform carpet cleaning services using appropriate equipment and cleaning solutions.
Assess the condition of carpets and determine the best cleaning methods for each job.
Communicate with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any questions or concerns during the cleaning process.
Maintain and care for cleaning equipment, ensuring it is in good working order.
Keep accurate records of services performed and any additional recommendations for clients.
Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and clients.

Skills

Strong customer service skills, with the ability to engage positively with clients.
A valid driver's licence is preferred for transportation to job sites.
Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, to effectively communicate with customers and team members.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and professionalism.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in every job undertaken.
