Overview
We are seeking a proactive and organised Office Junior/Administrator to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop their administrative skills within an established professional environment. The successful candidate will support daily office operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes. Prior office experience is preferred, along with strong computer literacy and organisational abilities. This paid position is ideal for those eager to gain valuable experience and contribute to a dynamic team.

Duties

Assist with general administrative tasks including filing, photocopying, and data entry
Manage incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and direct enquiries appropriately
Maintain and update electronic and physical filing systems
Organise meetings, appointments, and schedules for team members
Support the team with ad hoc administrative duties as required

Experience

Previous office or administrative experience is desirable but not essential; training will be provided
Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
Experience with data entry and clerical tasks
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Excellent typing speed and accuracy
Good communication skills, including phone etiquette and written correspondence
