Liverpool John Moores University is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Helpdesk Coordinator to join our Estates Development and Campus Services team on a permanent, full-time basis.

As part of our Estates and Facilities Management Helpdesk, you will play a vital role in supporting the University community. Acting as the primary point of contact, you will ensure maintenance issues and service requests are handled efficiently and professionally, helping to deliver a high-quality campus experience.

Our Helpdesk operates Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. This position will cover the following shift:

8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday

In this role, you will:

Serve as the first point of contact for customer queries and service requests
Respond promptly to enquiries via telephone, email and the University CAFM system (Invida)
Coordinate and log maintenance requests accurately and efficiently
Work closely with Campus Services teams to ensure timely resolution of issues
Always deliver an exceptional standard of customer service

We are looking for a motivated and professional individual who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service. The successful candidate will demonstrate:

A strong customer-focused approach and commitment to service excellence
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good IT proficiency and the ability to learn systems quickly
A reliable, flexible, and proactive working style
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Qualifications:

Educated to at least Grade C GCSE in English & Maths
