Role: Front of House Night Porter

Hours: 32 - 40 hours per week (4-5 nights per week) Enjoy a permanent contract working 10:30pm-7am, including weekends.

Salary: £26,800 per annum plus service charge plus extensive benefits

As a Night Porter, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our guests receive a warm welcome, outstanding service and a safe, comfortable stay throughout the night. You'll be a key member of the overnight team, providing support across the hotel and helping to maintain the high standards our guests expect.

Your night with Team Carden:

Delivering exceptional guest service throughout the night, anticipating and responding to guests' needs with professionalism and care.
Welcoming guests with efficient check-in and check-out procedures.
Making and Delivering room service orders promptly and courteously.
Maintaining the cleanliness, presentation and organisation of public areas to the highest standard.
Carrying out regular security and safety checks across the resort, ensuring a secure environment for guests, visitors and colleagues.
Supporting other departments overnight to ensure the smooth running of hotel operations.
Responding confidently and efficiently to guest enquiries and requests, creating memorable experiences at every opportunity.
Driving the staff minibus on a rotational basis

About You

Candidates MUST have a D1 category on their driving license for this role to facilitate staff drop offs late at night via our shuttle bus.
Previous experience in a hotel, hospitality or customer service environment (preferred but not essential).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A positive, flexible and can-do attitude.
The ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
Computer Literate
Good attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
Confidence working independently and taking responsibility during overnight shifts.
A commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences and upholding the highest standards of service.

Due to the rural location of Carden Park, applicants should have access to a vehicle or reliable transport methods.
