Job Summary
Martin & Co have been established within Lincoln for over 25 years and we are seeking a dynamic and professional Sales & Lettings Valuer Negotiator to join our reputable estate agency team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in driving sales and lettings, providing exceptional service to clients, and securing new business opportunities. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for property to develop their career within a supportive environment. Estate agency experience is preferred.

Duties

Conduct property valuations and market appraisals for sales and lettings
Complete mark up and measures for marketing of properties in line with trading standards and TPO guidelines
Build and maintain relationships with clients, landlords, and prospective buyers or tenants
Negotiate offers and agreements between vendors and buyers to secure successful transactions
Communicate with clients about marketing/viewing feedback, viewings and hot prospects
Organise property viewings, open days, and client meetings efficiently
Provide professional advice on market conditions, pricing strategies, and property features
Prepare detailed reports and marketing materials for properties on offer
Assist in developing marketing campaigns to attract new clients and properties
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, appointments, and transactions using organisational tools
Stay informed about local property market trends and competitors’ activities

Requirements

Proven Estate Agency experience with excellent organisational skills
Strong communication skills, confident in engaging with clients and colleagues alike
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated ability to negotiate successfully while maintaining professionalism
A proactive approach with excellent time management skills
Valid driving licence is a requirement for visiting properties across different locations

Competitive Salary with commission structure - Base salary offer dependant on experience
Fleet Car – Full use of
Training with a view to complete the CePAP Level 3 Certificate in following completion of probationary period.
4 weeks Holiday a year + Bank Holidays
