At Novanta, we are looking for a Demand Planner & Scheduler who thrives on turning complexity into clarity.

This isn’t just about planning — it is about owning how customer demand flows through a manufacturing environment, ensuring that what we promise is what we deliver.

What you will be doing:

Translate customer demand into achievable production plans
Set realistic promise dates based on capacity & materials
Build and manage production schedules and work orders
Identify risks, constraints, and trade-offs early
Partner with production and supply chain teams to ensure smooth execution
Support data-driven improvements, including Power BI initiatives

What we are looking for:

Experience in demand planning, scheduling, or production planning
Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
Ability to make confident decisions in changing environments
Good communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders
Interest in data and continuous improvement
