About the role
Are you confident, customerfocussed, and ready to take ownership of a varied caseload? This is a great opportunity to join our Homeownership team and play an important part in delivering an excellent service to our residential leaseholders and shared owners across PCH.
What you’ll be doing

Manage a portfolio of leasehold and shared ownership properties, ensuring homes are wellmanaged and customers feel listened to and supported.

Provide expert advice on leasehold issues, including Section 20 consultation, service charges, legal compliance, and the Building Safety Act.

Work directly with customers to resolve issues, often in challenging or technical situations, while maintaining a positive and professional approach.

Liaise with solicitors, lenders, contractors, and internal teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and excellent service delivery.

Support major works projects, attend site meetings, and help customers understand costings and legislative requirements.

Represent PCH in tribunals or court where needed, with full training and support provided.

Contribute to service improvement by using your analytical, problemsolving, and communication skills to help shape how we deliver for our leaseholders.
What we’re looking for

Have experience delivering highquality customer service in a busy, regulated, or housing/financial environment.

Communicate clearly and confidently with customers, colleagues, and external partners.
-
Be comfortable working with legislation, procedures, and detailed casework accuracy and professionalism are key.

Bring strong problemsolving, negotiation, and analytical skills.
-
Be flexible, organised, and able to manage a varied workload with accuracy and care.
Knowledge of housing or leasehold legislation is an advantage.
