Full job description

If you’re looking for a job that can be flexible to suit your needs outside of work, then a role as a Posting & Cleaning Operative (PCO) can provide just that.

You’ll be part of a multi-skilled team who are dedicated to ensuring our clients adverts are posted to a high standard and council bus shelters clean for our local communities to use all year round. You’ll be responsible for your dedicated posting and cleaning round in the area of Dundee and can manage your weekly 40 hours in a flexible way that works for you (following a simple repeated rhythm of 1 week posting and 1 week cleaning).

It is a physically demanding job and does require you to work outdoors in all weathers so you’ll be in your comfort zone working alone on the round, just you and your van. You just need to pop into our Dundee Depot every 2 weeks to restock and to hear our latest company updates.

You’ll be provided with a Fully Expensed Company Vehicle for business use including commuting to and from the depot and to get around our different settings including busy shopping highs streets, residential areas, and rural areas. Dedicated training and support will be available to help get you started.

Requirements

Driving Licence with no more than 3 points
This is a full-time role working outdoors and some experience in working outside in all weather conditions is useful but not essential
Driving experience using medium sized vans
Remote / lone working experience - unsupervised
The ability to manage your time and plan your own workload
Industrial cleaning experience would be an advantage
