Overview

Join our vibrant team as a Front of House Associate at The Royal Hotel, where your warm hospitality and exceptional guest service skills will create memorable experiences for our visitors. In this lively role, you’ll be the welcoming face of the hotel, ensuring every guest feels valued and attended to from the moment they arrive. Your energetic attitude and attention to detail will help foster a positive atmosphere, making each guest’s stay enjoyable and seamless. Responsibilities

Greet guests with enthusiasm and professionalism, providing a friendly first impression of the hotel
Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently while maintaining excellent phone etiquette
Assist guests with inquiries, reservations, and special requests to enhance their experience
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction
Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly, demonstrating patience and problem-solving skills
Maintain a clean, organized front desk area and ensure all guest interactions are courteous and positive
Support multilingual guests by providing clear communication in their preferred language when possible

Skills

Multilingual or bilingual abilities to serve diverse guests effectively
Strong phone etiquette and communication skills for professional guest interactions
Previous hotel or hospitality experience is highly desirable
Passion for delivering outstanding guest services with a friendly, energetic approach
Knowledge of hospitality operations, including reservation systems and front desk procedures
Ability to remain calm under pressure while managing multiple tasks efficiently
A genuine enthusiasm for creating welcoming environments that make guests feel at home
