Job Summary

We're seeking Nursing candidates for;

Care Homes
Mental Health and Learning Disability Hospitals/Homes

Duties

Provide comprehensive patient care by assessing individual needs and developing personalized care plans.
Administer medications accurately and safely, following prescribed protocols and maintaining detailed records.
Monitor patient health status continuously, recognizing changes and responding promptly to ensure safety.
Support patients with daily activities, including mobility, hygiene, nutrition, and emotional support.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate effective treatment and discharge planning.
Maintain accurate documentation of all nursing interventions, observations, and medication administration.
Uphold infection control standards and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations at all times.

Qualifications

Valid registration as a Registered Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Nurse (RMN) with the NMC.
Experience in patient care within a hospital, clinic, or care home environment.
Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology to inform clinical decision-making.
Proficiency in medication administration, including understanding dosages, side effects, and contraindications.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and demonstrate compassionate care in challenging situations.
