Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team in the role of TBC. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic environment where your energy and enthusiasm will make a meaningful impact. As a TBC, you will be responsible for engaging with children, supporting their developmental needs, and creating a positive, nurturing atmosphere. Your proactive approach and genuine care will help foster a safe and stimulating environment for young learners to thrive.

Responsibilities

Facilitate engaging activities that promote learning, creativity, and social interaction among children
Support children’s emotional well-being by providing comfort, encouragement, and positive reinforcement
Assist in implementing educational programs and daily routines in accordance with organizational standards
Monitor children’s safety at all times, ensuring adherence to health and safety guidelines
Collaborate with team members to plan and execute age-appropriate activities that meet developmental milestones
Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding children’s progress and any concerns
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment conducive to learning and play

Skills

Prior experience working with children in educational or childcare settings is highly preferred
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with children, parents, and team members
Excellent communication skills to clearly convey instructions and feedback
Ability to remain energetic, patient, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of child development principles and safety protocols
Ability to follow detailed instructions and organizational policies effectively
