As we continue to grow, we're looking for a friendly, organised and proactive Customer Service & Operations Assistant to join our team in Telford.

The Role

This is a varied role that combines customer service, fulfilment and administration. No two days are the same, and you'll play an important part in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service from purchase through to redemption.

Responsibilities

Customer Service

Responding to customer enquiries via email, telephone and live chat.
Assisting customers with bookings, exchanges and general queries.
Resolving issues professionally and efficiently.
Providing a high level of customer care at all times.

Fulfilment & Gift Voucher Processing

Preparing, packing and dispatching customer gift voucher orders.
Ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently.

Concierge & Booking Support

Booking experiences on behalf of customers through our concierge service.
Liaising with experience partners to secure availability.
Assisting customers with special requests and booking requirements.

General Administration

Supporting the wider team with 'day to day' administrative tasks.
Assisting with projects as required.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is:

Friendly, positive and approachable.
Organised with strong attention to detail.
Comfortable speaking with customers on the phone.
Confident using email and computer systems.
Able to multitask and manage a varied workload.
A team player who enjoys working in a small business environment.

Previous customer service or administration experience would be beneficial but is not essential, as full training will be provided.
