Description:
The SAP Administrator is a people and consumer focused leader who is supportive of an inclusive environment. With direction from the Planning & Logistics Manager, the SAP Administrator develops and improves system usage to optimise data integrity and decision making.
You’ll join the Site Management Team, partnering with key collaborators within a fast-paced environment. You will generate and sense-check production control and performance information to drive and facilitate improvement projects using basic LEAN methodology.

Responsibilities & Duties:
- Verify / complete month and week end SAP closure
- Ensure all end users have correct SAP / MII roles
- Support trouble shooting and training of SAP / MII transacting
- Ensure SAP BOMs / Master Data are accurate
- Identify chronic systemic failures with SAP / MII usage, identify root cause and improvement recommendations
- Support cyclical stock checks of raw materials
- Support Traceability, Audits, Annual Stock Take
- Ensure all NODs are completed through the correct process and signed off.
- All Warehouse administration is completed daily
- Ensure data accuracy, system compliance, and adherence to company standards by collaborating with production teams.
- Review order consumption identifying opportunities for process improvement to support achievement of yield KPI
Qualifications and Experience
- Highly proficient within Microsoft Office applications
- 12+ Months experience with SAP & MII
- Experience of continuous improvement preferable
- FLT license preferable
- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
- Good teammate with superb communication skills
