Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor (Late Shift)

Location: Stoke on Trent

Salary: £14.10 to £16.22 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday 10:30am to 20:00pm

We are pleased to announce a new opportunity for a Warehouse Supervisor (Late Shift), to join our busy team in Stoke on Trent! This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in logistics warehouse operations, ensuring safe and efficient processes, overseeing the unloading and storage of goods for import/export and delivery, and confidently stepping in to deputise for the Warehouse Manager when needed. A valid Counterbalance FLT certificate is essential.

Key Skills, Qualifications and daily responsibilities required to succeed in this role:

Demonstrate experience within an operational warehouse environment/a logistics company would be beneficial

A valid Counterbalance FLT certificate is essential.

Excellent customer service skills.

Recognised pass rate for GCSE in Maths and English

Strong numeracy/literacy essential/excellent computer skills

Team player, and a clear and confident communicator who can lead by example

Accurate with a high level of attention to detail.

Highly organised with ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.

General understanding of customer accounts, Pallet in/out etc

Be a Level 1 User on Cargowise

Outbound - print picks, change locations, and finalise picks

Inbound - Print labels for pallets, finalise a receipt

Stock Checking - Run relevant stock management reports.

Understand and explain all paperwork associated with picks and receipts.

Create and input the data in the relevant fields on a new import arrival.

Able to check and arrive the import to receive authority to unload.
