Full job description

Are you an experienced automotive professional ready to take the next step in your career? The Platinum Motor Group, a trusted, family-owned business proudly serving the Southwest, is looking for a dedicated Parts Supervisor to join our dynamic team at our Platinum site in Trowbridge. This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your passion for the motor trade, leadership skills, and technical knowledge to a company that values its Team Members as much as its customers. At Platinum, you’ll be part of a supportive environment that encourages growth, rewards excellence, and prides itself on delivering outstanding customer service every day.

You will need to have excellent communication skills, keen attention to detail, numerate, & computer literate and enjoy a busy environment.

Duties:
- Maintain accurate inventory of parts and supplies
- Assist customers in identifying and ordering the correct parts for their vehicles
- Provide excellent customer service and phone etiquette
- Process parts orders and returns
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely delivery of parts
- Keep track of parts warranties
- Maintain a clean and organised parts department

Experience:
- Previous experience in an automotive industry parts department is essential
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other computer applications
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
