Working Pattern: Week 1: Monday - Friday, 06:30 - 17:00
Week 2: Monday - Friday, 07:30 - 18:00

Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract (3 months)

Hourly Rate: £13.45

As a Security Officer with ISS you will be at the forefront of creating a safe environment, protecting your colleagues and our customer's property, people, and assets by providing exemplary security operations.

We are looking for an experienced individual to join the RBS NI Portfolio as a Site Security Officer, based at the NWG Cash Centre in Mallusk, Newtonabbey. This is a vital role within a high-profile site, requiring a consistently professional approach.

We are looking for someone who can work closely with all levels of ISS staff and local management, supporting the safe and effective delivery of security services while responding to client needs and operational requirements.

The Role

Incident and occurrence reporting to Security Management
Conducting patrols when required or in line with Assignment Instructions (AIs)
Working in partnership with the client and other suppliers to support service delivery
Responding professionally to the client’s needs at all times
Carrying out access control in line with site processes
Monitoring CCTV within a control room environment
Undertaking duties consistent with the nature and grade of the post
Carrying out all reasonable management instructions
Creating a positive, professional relationship with customers and colleagues

About You

Previous security experience
A valid front-line security guarding, door supervision or close protection SIA licence
Knowledge and experience with security systems and other related tech
Great attention to detail and a consistent approach
A team player with good customer service skills
New recruits will be encouraged to enrol onto the relevant apprenticeship as part of their training and development
