- Monitors operations of the Stukeley Inn during business hours, normally during the absence of the manager.
- Responsible for issue, receipt, and control of cash boxes. Prepares a report of all significant occurrences during the shift.
- Assures patron satisfaction by resolving complaints and other problems. Provides instruction and guidance to all staff members on functions taking place during the shift. Inspects and secures facility at the end of the shift.
- Ensures smooth and efficient running of the bar and kitchen, which involves assisting behind the bar when necessary.
- During busy periods, may assist in the kitchen to the level of food service worker and wait/bus tables.
- Assists the manager with events, functions, and other programs held at the facility.

Qualifying Experience (MUST BE SUPPORTED IN YOUR RESUME):
You must possess experience in the following duties:
- Working in a club, restaurant, and/or retail environment that provided experience taking orders, assisting customers, accepting cash and credit card payments and making correct change, and utilizing a cash register or online sales transaction system; AND
- Performing food catering services; AND
- Mixing alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to standardized recipes and individual specifications; AND
- Handling and serving food in accordance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. This position does not allow for education substitution in order to qualify.
