What You’ll Do

Deliver consistently high-quality dishes that pair perfectly with BrewDog’s legendary beers.
Own your section and keep standards sharp during busy services.
Support smooth kitchen operations, from prep to pass.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and organisation.
Work closely with the wider kitchen and front-of-house teams to create an unforgettable guest experience.

What We’re Looking For

Experience working in a busy kitchen environment.
A passion for quality — you care about presentation, consistency, and flavour.
A strong work ethic and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
Solid understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
A positive attitude and a team-first mindset.

Whether you’re an experienced Chef de Partie or a strong Commis ready to step up, we want people who bring energy and pride to every shift.
