Skippers Pet Products is a leading brand in premium fish-based pet treats, providing high-quality products to individual customers and wholesale partners. As we grow, we’re looking for a dedicated customer service representative to help us maintain excellent relationships with our customers, both pet owners and businesses.

Job Summary

Skippers is looking for a highly ambitious Customer Service Manager to join our team and take full responsibility for day-to-day customer service management operations.

Great communication in customer service and project management skills are a must-have, as you will act as the primary point of contact between internal teams and customers when solving problems.

This job would be a perfect fit for people who have love and passion for dogs and their happy and healthy lifestyle.

Great relationship-building skills and a fantastic storyteller is a bonus but can be learned to achieve great results and grow with the company

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer queries via email, Shopify, Amazon, and phone
Manage returns and refunds professionally
Monitor and respond to customer feedback and reviews
Provide support for wholesale clients (B2B), managing orders, invoices, and inquiries
Proactively monitor order patterns and maintain strong relationships with wholesale partners

Wholesale Operations

Process and manage wholesale orders
Assist in onboarding new wholesale customers
Help plan and coordinate wholesale marketing campaigns
Maintain accurate wholesale records and customer databases

What We're Looking For

Strong written & verbal communication skills
Confident in handling phone calls & customer concerns
Organised and able to multitask efficiently
Proactive problem-solver with great attention to detail
Comfortable using email, phone, and online platforms (Amazon, eBay, etc.)
Previous experience in customer service or B2B account management is a plus.
