Location: Twickenham– In-person / Studio based Job Type: Full Time (5 days per week)

The Role

As the Head of Streaming (TikTok), you will be the driving force behind our brand’s growth on the platform. This is a hybrid role combining on-camera talent with behind-the-scenes management. Initially, you will host our primary TikTok Live shows 5 days a week. As the channel scales, your role will expand into managing inventory, planning viral stream concepts, and recruiting/managing a team of streamers to keep Lunar live around the clock.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Live Broadcasts: Host high-energy, engaging TikTok Live streams (Surprise Sets & Breaks) designed to capture the FYP and retain viewers.
Show Strategy & Production: Plan and organise themed stream events, schedule, and optimise stream times based on TikTok analytics.
Inventory & Stock Management: Coordinate with the main warehouse to select, prep, and allocate TCG stock specifically for TikTok Shop. Ensure "live" inventory matches physical stock to prevent overselling.
Team Growth & Management: As the channel grows, assist in hiring, training, and scheduling a roster of streamers to maintain a consistent broadcasting schedule.
Compliance & Moderation: Stay strictly up-to-date with TikTok’s community guidelines and e-commerce policies to protect the account from violations or bans.
Community Building: Interact with the TikTok community through comments, video replies, and live chat to build long-term customer loyalty.

Requirements

Proven Live Experience: Demonstrable experience streaming on TikTok Live, Twitch, or Whatnot (experience with TikTok Shop backend is a massive plus).
Deep TCG/Pokémon Knowledge: You must know your stuff. The TikTok community quickly spots authentic creators versus standard salespeople.
Leadership Potential: Organizational skills to manage stock, analyze stream metrics, and eventually lead a small team.
Thick Skin & Fast Paced: TikTok live chat moves fast and can be chaotic. You must be able to handle trolls smoothly while keeping the positive energy high.
Analytical Mindset: Basic understanding of TikTok analytics (viewer retention, conversion rates, click-through rates) to constantly improve show performance.
