Full job description

Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Assistant Warehouse Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our warehouse and events logistics. This is a hands-on role requiring someone who takes pride in delivering a high-quality service, meets deadlines, and thrives in a fast-paced events environment. This role will be split across our Earlsfield and Clapham Junction locations, with some evening and weekend hours required.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

Complete picklists accurately for upcoming events, ensuring all items are accounted for and ready on time.
Pack vans efficiently and appropriately, confirming all required equipment and décor is loaded before departure.
Maintain accurate stock control and management, including logging items in and out of the warehouse.
Support the upkeep and maintenance of décor, equipment, and warehouse facilities to a high standard.

Events & Logistics

Deliver and install equipment and décor at events, ensuring everything is set up safely and to specification.
Oversee and lead the porter/install team on-site at events, ensuring smooth and timely execution.
Follow and uphold established company processes and procedures at all times.

Essential Requirements

Full, valid driving licence
Must be comfortable driving up to 3.5T vehicles including Lutons
A genuine enthusiasm for delivering high-quality service
Ability to work to tight deadlines in a dynamic, event-driven environment
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
A team player with the ability to lead others on-site

Desirable Attributes

Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or events environment
Physical fitness and the ability to handle and lift equipment

Pay: £30,420.00-£35,173.19 per year
