Full job description

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Lettings Negotiator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be confident, customer-focused, and driven to succeed in a fast-paced property environment. A full driving licence is essential, and previous experience using DocuSign and working within the lettings industry is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct property viewings with prospective tenants
Register applicants and match them to suitable properties
Negotiate tenancy terms between landlords and tenants
Use DocuSign to manage digital documentation efficiently and accurately
Liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractors in a professional manner
Generate new business and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Ensure compliance with relevant property legislation and internal procedures
Support the team with general office duties as required

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Lettings Negotiator (minimum 1 year preferred)
Must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to own vehicle
Confident using DocuSign for tenancy agreements and documentation
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
A proactive and positive attitude with a passion for property
