Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food production and safety, along with exceptional leadership skills to supervise kitchen staff effectively. This role requires a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and kitchen organisation.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes in accordance with established recipes and standards.
Ensure all food safety guidelines are adhered to, maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Maintain equipment and utensils, ensuring they are in good working condition and properly cleaned after use.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
Stay updated on culinary trends and techniques to continually enhance the dining experience.

Experience

Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food production.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Excellent culinary skills with an understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being capable of taking initiative when required.
