Sales Progression Administrator / Operations Coordinator
£30,000 Basic Salary + Market-Leading Bonus Structure
Orpington, Kent | Full Time | Office Based
This Is Not a Job for Someone Who Needs Managing
We are looking for a highly organised, relentlessly proactive Operations Coordinator / Sales Progression Administrator to join one of the UK's fastest-growing property investment companies.
This is not a role where you'll sit waiting for instructions.
This is a role for someone who sees a problem and fixes it.
Someone who notices a missing document and chases it.
Someone who spots a delay and escalates it.
Someone who becomes obsessed with clearing tasks, solving issues, and driving transactions to completion.
If you're the type of person who takes ownership, thrives under pressure, loves ticking things off a list, and gets genuine satisfaction from bringing order to chaos, keep reading.
If you're someone who prefers to be told exactly what to do every day, this role won't be the right fit.
