An exciting opportunity has become available for an ambitious, driven property expert to take the next step in their career and become the Branch Partner of our established Thrapston office.

This isn’t a traditional employed position. It’s an opportunity to build and run your own business under the respected Chris George, the estate agents brand, with the support, infrastructure and reputation already in place.

If you’ve always wanted to run your own branch but have been put off by the cost and risk of starting from nothing, this could be exactly the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.

Your role

As Branch Partner, you’ll be responsible for leading the office and growing the business through exceptional customer service and proactive business development.

Your Responsibilities

Generate valuations and win new instructions
Negotiate offers and progress sales
Build lasting relationships with buyers and sellers
Develop your own referral network
Manage the day-to-day operation of the branch
Recruit and lead your own team as the business grows
Drive the branch forward with an entrepreneurial mindset

Who we’re looking for:

You’ll already have estate agency experience and be ready for something more than the traditional employed role.
