Lettings Administrator

Carter Williams is an award winning Estate and Letting Agency. Covering Northamptonshire, we are an independent and innovative agency, with our directors taking a hand on, front line role within the business.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our growing Lettings Department. You will be working as part of a small, supportive team, carrying out a vital role in the day-to-day management of our rental properties.

The Role

You will be assisting the lettings team with a variety of responsibilities, including:

Performing a range of administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the office.
Processing invoices and maintaining accurate records using property management software.
Managing and updating files, databases, and tenancy records.
Dealing with property management issues, including arranging repairs and maintenance.
Delivering an excellent level of customer service to both landlords and tenants.
Conducting property check-ins, routine inspections, and check-outs where required.
Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors to ensure issues are resolved efficiently.
Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including telephone calls and emails.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Previous administration experience.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage a varied workload and prioritise effectively.
Exceptional attention to detail, as accuracy is paramount in this role.
The ability to work independently, use initiative, and remain organised in a fast paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel, along with confidence using property management software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
A positive, proactive approach and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday

Every other Saturday, with time off in lieu.

Pay: £28,000.00 per year
