Full job description

Main purposes of job

You will work closely in a team of 4 people to help coordinate the deliveries of international trucks in the UK.

Key responsibilities include:

Contact customers and warehouse to book in the delivery via email and phone.
Updating customers and warehouse of late arrivals and / or amendments.
Ensuring the internal freight system is up to date with the latest information.
Advising the relevant hauliers of their delivery bookings and chasing the drivers for updates on their progress.
General administrative tasks.

Holiday: 20 days
Bonus Scheme: Two performance-based bonuses each year—one in the summer and one at Christmas—tailored to your individual performance level.
Two – three staff social events each year.
Probation: 6 months with salary review at the end.
Starting salary: £25,000 per annum but flexible for the right candidate.

Pay: From £26,000.00 per year
