Full job description

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Coffee Shop Manager to oversee daily operations within t coffee / brunch establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and extensive experience in food and beverage service.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the daily operations of the coffee shop, ensuring efficient service delivery.
Manage team members, including recruiting, training, scheduling
Ensure compliance with food safety and company rules and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Monitor stock levels, place orders, and control inventory to minimise waste and maximise profitability.
Provide excellent customer service
Maintain a welcoming environment that promotes teamwork, hospitality
Organise staff rotas to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours while adhering to labour regulations.
Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, gather feedback, and foster continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Pay: £32,000.00 per year
