Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Property Inventory Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of property assets, conducting regular inspections, and ensuring data integrity within our property management system. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with administrative experience and a keen eye for detail to contribute to the efficient operation of our property portfolio. The position involves working with specialised software, managing data entry tasks, and providing exceptional administrative support.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive inspections of properties to document condition and inventory status
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all property assets using property management software
Perform regular data entry tasks related to property inventories, updates, and reports
Assist with administrative duties including filing, correspondence, and record keeping
Respond professionally to phone enquiries regarding property details and inventory status
Support the team with upselling opportunities during client interactions where appropriate
Coordinate with maintenance teams and vendors to schedule inspections or repairs as needed
Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures related to property management

Requirements

Proven experience with Monday or similar property management software is highly desirable
Previous office or administrative experience is essential, demonstrating strong organisational skills
Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
Strong organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Good phone etiquette and professional communication skills
Ability to upsell services or products in a courteous manner during client interactions
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is preferred
Prior experience in property management or related fields will be advantageous

Pay: £350,000.00-£450,000.00 per year
