Junior Car Sales Executive

We are seeking an enthusiastic, driven, and customer-focused Junior Car Sales Executive to join our prestigious automotive dealership in Bury St Edmunds. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build a successful career in the luxury motor industry while representing some of the world's most desirable vehicle brands.

Whether you already have sales experience or are looking to take your first step into automotive sales, we offer comprehensive training, ongoing support, and genuine opportunities for career progression.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome customers to the showroom and provide a professional, friendly experience.
Assist customers in finding the right vehicle to suit their needs and lifestyle.
Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives.
Generate and follow up sales enquiries from showroom visits, telephone calls, and online leads.
Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Learn and present finance, insurance, and aftersales products.
Maintain accurate customer records using dealership CRM systems.
Work closely with colleagues to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Ensure vehicles and showroom displays are presented to the highest standards.

Requirements

Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, or a customer-facing role is advantageous but not essential.
Positive attitude with a strong desire to learn and succeed.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and customer-focused approach.
Self-motivated with the ability to work towards targets.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Full UK Driving Licence preferred.
