Full job description

Office based part-time role based at our head office in the heart of Derbyshire.

We are a very well-established toy distributor, with a great reputation within our industry, who cover the largest range of the biggest toy manufacturers in the world such as; Hasbro, Mattel, Jazwares, Spin Master, Zuru, Funko and many more.

We supply B2B to wide range of customers including; independent toy shops, online specialists, holiday parks, theme parks and major high street chains.

We are looking for a focussed and enthusiastic individual to support our Accounts team.

Duties to include:

Processing Supplier invoices and credit notes.
Supplier payments
Supplier statement reconciliations
Occasional support for Sales Ledger including taking card payments, processing of sales invoices etc
Other ad hoc duties including reception duties, as required
The successful candidate must be experienced in Purchase Ledger with knowledge of the Sales Ledger being an advantage and enjoy working in a small but busy Accounts team.
In addition, the candidate will need to have excellent computer/MS Excel and organisational skills and must be able to prioritise their work, have great attention to detail and can use their own initiative to resolve matters.
