Location Description

Crowne Plaza Reading East is a modern, luxury 4-star hotel offering stylish bedrooms, the 2 AA Rosette Caprice Restaurant & Terrace, Monty’s Bar & Lounge, and the Esprit Wellness & Spa with pool, gym, and treatment facilities.

The hotel also features state-of-the-art meetings and events spaces for up to 260 delegates and is conveniently located near the M4 and Winnersh Triangle station, with easy access to Reading, Heathrow, Windsor Castle, and Legoland.

Job Description

As a Room Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring cleanliness, tidiness, and the ultimate satisfaction of our esteemed guests in our hotel. Your meticulous attention to detail and unwavering dedication to providing exceptional service will create an unforgettable experience for our guests.

About the role:

Clean and tidy assigned hotel rooms according to established standards and procedures, reflecting our commitment to excellence.
Make beds, change linens, and ensure all amenities are replenished with a keen attention to detail.
Vacuum carpets, dust furniture, and clean surfaces to maintain a neat and inviting environment.
Sanitise bathrooms, including toilets, showers, and sinks, ensuring guest health and safety.
Report any maintenance issues or damage promptly to the appropriate department.
Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure their needs are met, demonstrating our commitment to providing exceptional service.
Maintain a friendly and professional attitude while interacting with guests, reflecting our values of loyalty and excellence.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and smooth operations.
