Full job description

Salary starting from £40,067.63 per annum FTE (34.5hrs per week) which is an equivalent of £22.27 per hour. Weekends attract a 50p per hour incentive.

Overtime is payable after the full-time equivalent has been worked, at time and a half. Enhanced rates are paid for bank holidays.

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Full Time Night Nurse who wants to make a difference by joining our team and supporting adults with profound disabilities at our homes in Deal.

We need enthusiastic people, who share our values and hold excellent clinical skills with real drive to promote the health and social wellbeing of our residents through delivering person centred care.

You will be a qualified nurse, with a current registration. You will be expected to take responsibility for leading, motivating, supporting, and supervising a team of support workers in a busy and vibrant home environment where no two days are the same. You will be aided by Senior Support Workers on each shift and have a welcoming and supportive management team working with you to ensure that residents receive the highest levels of care.
