Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to oversee our organisation’s online presence across various digital platforms. Duties

Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with organisational goals.
Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and engagement opportunities; respond promptly to foster community interaction.
Analyse performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with marketing, public relations, and other departments to ensure brand consistency and maximise outreach.
Manage social media advertising campaigns to increase visibility and engagement.
Stay informed about emerging trends in social media and digital marketing to keep content fresh and relevant.
Maintain a positive organisational image through proactive public relations efforts online.

Skills

Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling content tailored to different audiences.
Strong understanding of public relations principles and best practices in digital environments.
Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
Analytical skills to interpret data insights and optimise campaign performance.
