Full job description

As a bartender you will need to have:

Good communication skills
A smart, tidy and hygienic appearance
Good physical fitness and stamina
An honest persona
An outgoing personality
A good memory
Ability to deal with difficult customers
Good numeracy skills
Flexibility and adaptability
The ability to work well within a team

Further to these skills, as a Brewhaus & Tup Tup bar tender, it is your responsibility to:

Ensure all guests receive a warm welcome and a fond farewell
Ensure all guests receive quick, friendly and efficient service
Ensure all guests receive high quality products
Anticipate guests need and be proactive with those needs
Maintain high standards of cleanliness on the bar as well as the rest of the venue
Help the management team with the maintenance of the building by pointing out any problems with equipment or furniture etc.
Be knowledgeable and informative of any special events that are happening
Perform all opening, running and closing procedures as highlighted by the bar manual and the duty manager
Know the menu inside out in order to be able to suggestively sell the products to guests
Use the tills in the correct manner when ringing through food and drink
Treat all guests, colleagues and visitors in a manner with which you would like to be treated
Be responsible for all financial aspects of your role
Follow the service criteria set out in the bar manual
Be on time for all scheduled shifts in the correct uniform and ‘On your marks’
Use correct pouring methods and recipes when making drinks
Perform all reasonable tasks requested by the manager on duty
Maintain all stocking procedures whilst on shift
Represent Tokyo Industries in a positive manner whether you are on or off duty
High level mixology cocktail bar tending level to be attained.

Finally, as a Brewhaus & Tup Tup bartender, there are several physical requirements needed. Therefore you must be able to:

Stand ably for long periods of time
Perform all aspects of your role which will require you to bend, twist, kneel, stretch
Use mental dexterity and speed
Show a sense of urgency regardless of the task or level of business whilst maintaining a calm appearance

Experienced it will be handy but if is not full training will givin
