Spa Therapist – Weekend Roles Available | Potters Resorts

We’re looking for spa therapists who:

Love delivering high quality massages, facials, and feel-good vibes
Bring warmth, energy, and professionalism to every guest interaction

Want flexible shifts, especially Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays

Pay:

£13.50 - £15.00 per hour (dependent upon experience)

Qualifications

Recognised Beauty Therapy Qualification – NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Beauty Therapy is essential
Experience in spa or salon environment – ideally 1+ year working with professional treatments and products
Proficient in delivering a range of treatments, including massage, facials, body treatments, and nail care
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – friendly, professional, and able to make guests feel at ease
High standard of personal presentation and hygiene
Strong understanding of health, safety, and hygiene standards in a spa setting
Product knowledge of major professional spa brands (e.g., Elemis, ESPA, or similar) is desirable
Team-oriented with a proactive, positive attitude
