£17.50 per hour
4 on / 4 off Shift Pattern (Days & Nights)
Average of 42 hours per week

Are you an experienced Security Supervisor looking to take the next step in your career?

We're looking for a motivated and reliable Security Supervisor to join our Yorkshire operations team. This is a field-based role supporting a large portfolio of client sites across Yorkshire, ensuring our teams deliver a safe, professional and compliant service.

This role covers a large portfolio of sites across Yorkshire. While you'll support locations throughout the region, we're particularly interested in candidates based around Leeds or Bradford.

What you'll be doing

Supervising and supporting Security Officers across multiple sites.
Carrying out welfare visits, site audits and compliance checks.
Conducting investigations and Void Property Inspections (VPIs).
Delivering training, including SmartTask App training.
Managing staff rotas to ensure all sites remain fully staffed.
Monitoring performance and supporting colleague development.
Maintaining accurate records and site documentation.
Building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
Responding to operational issues and emergencies when required.
Attending client and company meetings.

What we're looking for

Essential:

Previous experience supervising teams within the security industry.
Valid SIA Licence (Door Supervisor preferred).
Full UK Driving Licence.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy operational environment.
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
Willingness to work a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern, covering both days and nights.
DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).

Desirable

Training or coaching qualification.
Experience delivering staff training.
