We’re looking for a hands-on Maintenance Operative to support the day-to-day upkeep of our machinery, equipment, and facilities across our Albrighton site.

Working as part of a small team, you’ll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly, supporting both routine and reactive maintenance activities.

What You’ll Be Doing

Carry out routine maintenance and basic repairs on production machinery and equipment
Support preventative maintenance schedules
Assist with reactive maintenance and breakdowns
Maintain and service small plant and tools (e.g. strimmers, hedge cutters, leaf blowers, diesel engines and basic electrics)
Complete general facilities maintenance across the site

What We’re Looking For

Previous maintenance experience in a production, manufacturing, or facilities environment
Mechanically minded with a willingness to learn
Confident using hand and power tools
Awareness of health and safety practices
Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Full UK driving licence
Reliable and flexible approach to work
Good problem-solving skills
