Specialty Coffee Barista & Front of House Assistant

(Part-Time | Weekends + Flexible Cover)

About Cycle Culture

Cycle Culture is a boutique indoor cycling studio, specialty coffeehouse, and plant shop in Tooting Bec (SW17). Founded by husband-and-wife team Paul and Mili Saini, we’ve created a beautiful, community-focused space where exceptional hospitality, specialty coffee, and wellness come together.

As a family-run business, we believe great customer experiences start with a happy, supported team. We’re building a small group of passionate people who genuinely enjoy working together and take pride in what they do.

About the Role

This is a varied role combining barista duties, food preparation, and front-of-house responsibilities. You’ll serve exceptional coffee, support our cycling members, and help create an outstanding experience for every customer who walks through our doors.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

Has previous specialty coffee experience
Can produce consistent, high-quality latte art
Enjoys coffee, food, fitness, and customer service
Is confident with food preparation and hygiene standards
Stays calm under pressure and maintains high standards during busy periods
Is reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
Is looking for a long-term part-time position

Key ResponsibilitiesFront of House

Welcome customers and cycling members
Check riders into classes and support studio operations
Deliver friendly, professional customer service
Help maintain a clean and organised environment

Barista & Food Prep

Prepare artisan coffee and wellness drinks
Prepare food to recipe and presentation standards
Maintain excellent hygiene and food safety practices
Deliver a consistently high-quality experience
