London-based, SW18 | Full-time
We’re looking for a Production Manager with strong production experience, sound judgement, and a confident, proactive approach.
This is a hands-on role at the centre of production delivery, managing multiple projects from pre-production through to shoot and final delivery. You’ll need to be highly organised, detail-driven, and confident handling the day-to-day realities of production - from logistics and budgets to shoot execution.
This role would suit an experienced Production Coordinator stepping up, or an existing Production Manager with experience delivering small to mid-scale productions. We’re looking for someone ready to take on greater ownership in a supportive, fast-paced environment.

- Ensure all production paperwork, contracts, risk assessments, call sheets, insurance, and health and safety requirements are in place
- Work closely with creative, pre-production, and post-production teams to deliver projects on time and on brief
- Lead shoot-day operations and oversee end-to-end delivery
- Support junior team members where required and help improve production workflows
About You
- Experienced in production and confident running shoots end-to-end, with a clear understanding of how productions work in practice from pitch through to delivery
- Strong experience supporting or contributing to pitch decks and production planning, with an understanding of how logistical decisions impact creative and budget feasibility
- Highly organised, detail-focused, and comfortable managing the many moving parts involved in live production environments
- Calm under pressure and able to stay solutions-focused in fast-paced shoot situations where priorities can change quickly
- Confident in client-facing and on-set environments, building strong rapport with both clients and crew. Proactive in approach, anticipating needs, communicating clearly, and helping maintain a smooth and positive production environment
- Comfortable working across multiple concurrent projects and prioritising effectively

- Experience in a Senior Production Coordinator, Production Manager, or similar production role
- Hands-on experience working across full production cycles (pitch, pre-production, shoot, delivery)
- Experience creating or contributing to pitch decks, production proposals, or production treatments
- Strong knowledge of shoot logistics, scheduling, and production workflows
- Experience working with budgets, suppliers, and on-set production teams
- A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to take initiative and keep productions moving without needing close direction
- A strong team mindset, comfortable collaborating across production, creative, and client teams to deliver work smoothly
- A calm, solutions-focused attitude under pressure, particularly in fast-moving shoot environments
