Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations within our establishment. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of housekeeping staff, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, and maintaining excellent customer service. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a welcoming environment and uphold the organisation’s reputation for quality. Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities to ensure efficient operations.
Lead, motivate, and support housekeeping staff to achieve high standards of cleanliness and professionalism.
Conduct regular inspections of rooms and public areas to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Organise work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor staff performance.
Provide training and guidance to new team members on cleaning procedures and safety protocols.
Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary.
Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations at all times.
Collaborate with other departments to coordinate activities and improve overall service delivery.

Requirements

Proven experience in housekeeping or hospitality management, with previous supervisory experience preferred.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate a team effectively.
Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
Customer service-oriented mindset with a professional attitude.
Valid driving licence is desirable for mobility between sites or locations.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if required.
Demonstrated organisational skills with attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness standards. This role offers an engaging environment where leadership qualities are valued, and professionalism is essential in delivering outstanding service standards.
