£10.85 to £12.71 per hour

We're hiring Front of House Team Members to join Costero Lounge,on a temporary basis. Part of Loungers,proudly named Casual Dining Group of the Year 2026. Offering up to £12.71/hr + tips,paid breaks,staff food every shift,and 50% off food & drinks,this a great opportunity for a waiter,waitress,barista,bartender,and more looking for temporary work. Experience isn’t essential — if you’re kind and love hospitality,we’ll teach you the rest!

This is a temporary seasonal position with a set end date. Ideal if you’re just looking for something for the season. And if we’re a great fit for each other? There might be the option to stay on.

About the Role

Lounges are pretty special places,and what makes them so special is the brilliant people who work in them.

As part of our Bar & Waiting team,you’ll be the sort of person who can read each customer effortlessly,adapting your style whether it's a quiet solo coffee or a table full of birthday cocktails. You'll work with the whole team to make sure every customer leaves happy; which they tend to do. Because of your natural skills.

What You'll Do

Welcoming customers and delivering warm,genuine hospitality from the moment they walk in
Serving food to a high standard,making sure every dish lands just right
Preparing and serving drinks to spec — coffees,cocktails,and everything in between
Keeping the bar prepped,stocked,and clean throughout every shift
Handling payments accurately and answering customer queries,including allergen questions,with confidence
