Hand Mixer = Production Operative

We are a busy frozen food dessert manufacturer looking for full time, permanent Hand Mixer for the mixing of creams, cheesecakes, truffles, and fonds.

This role will include working in the production areas of the factory assisting in the making of our frozen desserts.

The role will involve medium to heavy lifting of equipment, bowls, pans, and ingredients.

Duties will include:

Assisting in the making of Patisserie to Eaton’s specification and standard
Hand Mixing of ingredients and Raw Materials to create our sauces, fonds, creams
Follow recipes, methods, and specifications
Weighing ingredients
Operating mixing machines
To produce each product so as to conform to specification by following trained production methods.
To visually inspect each product at each stage of production before placing in freezer.
Able to follow manual lifting processes to handle 5kg to 20kg weighted resources.
Communicate effectively with your team and line manager

Personal Attributes:
Previous experience in a similar role/factory environment would be preferred.
Must have a good understanding of English

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Starting hourly rate of £12.88 per hour depending on experience, reviewed after probationary period.

Hours of work: 6.00am - 2.45pm
